We are a local family business with over 45 years of combined experience our contractors have developed in their skillset over the years.
Lee’s groundworks journey began back when he was 15 years old. He started as a labourer and soon became responsible for running multiple teams. From there he worked his way up to become a contracts manager for a large successful company where he managed several projects.
Neil started off his career in the military where he worked for 7 years. He then started his journey in the construction industry. Additionally, to this, Neil has also benefited from 25 years’ experience in the industry with 6 years of these being in management where he was a Project Manager for a well-established large construction Firm.
Today they sit as joint business partners at L&N Groundwork Services Ltd and continue to grow as a team and as a company.
