Lee started his groundworks journey when he was just 15 years old as a labourer and then developed into a team leader running multiple sites. Following his success he became a contracts manager for a multi million pound company based in Birmingham where he managed several projects.
Neil started off his career in the military where he served for 7 years. He then started working in the construction industry. Neil has also benefited from 25 years experience in the industry with 6 of these being in Management where he was a Project Manager for a well-established large construction Firm.
